Rob is a very patient man , he listens to every minute detail u tell him and he makes sure his team executes what u ask for. Pros:
- all in one shop: carpenter, plumber, electrician, tile work are part of the team and not the third party contractors. This made the process more efficient and well coordinated.
- protected space from the dust and debris
- cleaned after
- worked in our house while we were away - trustworthy
- Robson shared his insight about the materials that he has used before and where they can be bought
Cons:
- a bit pricy
- given the high cost I expected flawless outcome. There were flaws
- the tile pattern was off, and some tiles have spots underneath that could be seen under an angle
- we have a big gap between the washer/dryer and the wall. I learned later from a different contractor that this gap could have been reduced by 5-10” if the special fixture has been installed in the wall. Robson didn’t not address the issue
- limited inventory: we were offered the materials and cabinets that this team has worked before. We got some good recommendations. However, for more sophisticated or creative options better to work with the designer or do your own research.
